I am back to tell you that I made it and it was great! The only thing different was my hubby tossed in a little bit of seaweed he had in a fridge. Nice flavor here. My hubby made notes on his own recipe that he's been using, to add soy sauce, sake, etc. Added a picture for you, hope that's OK. You can change it to your own when you make the soup next time. Adding to the "I made it" group.
