- 1 T + 1 teas white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teas freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- kosher salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Bring the cheese to room temperature
- Whisk the Chevre and milk together until smooth
- Whisk in the vinegar
- Add the pepper and whisk
- Add salt to taste
- Toss the lettuce and tomatoes together with the dressing just before serving. Top with the bacon bits.
- You can experiment with herbs and honey. Add a T of honey the dressing and use raspberries or strawberries instead of the tomatoes. The sweet of the fruit and tang of the dressing are great together.
