Small Pizzas With Olive Tapenade Recipe
SMALL PIZZAS WITH OLIVE TAPENADE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Peterson Estate in Rockwall, Texas in 1991.

Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 10 ounce jar olive paste
  • 9 ounce store bought pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 then stir garlic into olive paste.
  2. Separate pizza dough into 1-1/2 ounce pieces and roll out to 1/8”.
  3. Cover top of rolled out dough with olive paste and garlic mixture.
  4. Sprinkle thyme on top then lay cheese on top of thyme.
  5. Season with salt and pepper then bake 15 minutes then let cool 10 minutes and serve.
