Ingredients
  • 1 pack or 15 oyster mushroom with the stem
  • Batter :
  • 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt to taste and
  • Choice of spices or
  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste ,
  • 1 tsp chilli pwd and curry pwd .
  • 3 to 5 tbsp water
  • Bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Dip the mushroom in the batter and coat with the crumbs .
  2. Fry and serve hot .

What a great idea for part of a vegetarian meal. Oyster mushrooms have a texture that is very chewy and not at all like most mushrooms.
