Ingredients

1 cup applesauce

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2 teaspoons dry mustard

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon ground coriander

Directions

Combine applesauce, honey, brown sugar, dry mustard, cardamom and coriander; stir well.

Spoon over ham or other meat during last 30 minutes of cooking.
