Tomato chutney

- 1 kg ripe tomatoes chopped shopping list
- 1 big sour apple, peeled and chopped. shopping list
- 2 big onions chopped. shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic chopped. shopping list
- 1 tbs ginger shredded. shopping list
- 2 red peppers chopped, ( with or without seeds = your choice). shopping list
- 2 bay leaves. shopping list
- 2 ts worcestershire sauce. shopping list
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar. shopping list
- 200 ml apple vinegar. shopping list
- 150 gr soft brown sugar. shopping list
- 1 ts salt. shopping list
How to make it
- Put everything in a thick baking pan, bring on high heat to a boil and
- turn heat back to the lowest, now simmer uncovered for 60 min, till thickened, like marmelade.
- Put in sterilized jars and store at least 4 weeks in a dark cool place to let the different tastes combine.
