How to make it

  • Prepare basic pie dough, or buy pre-formed tartlet shells
  • Combine fruit mixture thoroughly
  • Spoon into each tartlet shell, generously
  • Bake @ 350*F until fruit mixture is bubbly and pastry golden brown.
  • Served with whipped cream, this makes a lovely, semi-light dessert! :+D
