Elaines Preserved Raspberry and Dried Fruit Tartlets

- 1 cup raspberry preserve or pie filling shopping list
- ½ cup dried, sweetened fruit: (raisins, cranberries, blueberries & cherries) shopping list
- 6 mini-tart shells, either home-made, or store-bought shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare basic pie dough, or buy pre-formed tartlet shells
- Combine fruit mixture thoroughly
- Spoon into each tartlet shell, generously
- Bake @ 350*F until fruit mixture is bubbly and pastry golden brown.
- Served with whipped cream, this makes a lovely, semi-light dessert! :+D
