This frosting is courtesy of joyofbaking and can be used in plain, chocolate, raspberry or strawberry incarnations. It makes 2 cups which I assume is enough for 1 cake, ergo servings guess!

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- FOR CHOCOLATE:
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons additional white sugar
- FOR RASPBERRY:
- Add 1/2 cup lightly sweetened raspberry puree
- FOR STRAWBERRY:
- Add 1/2 cup lightly sweetened strawberry puree
Directions
- In a large mixer bowl place the whipping cream, vanilla and sugar.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and chill bowl and beaters for at least 30 minutes.
- When chilled, beat mixture until stiff peaks form.
- FOR CHOCOLATE:
- Add cocoa powder and additional sugar to above mixture and chill at least 1 hour so cocoa has time to dissolve. Beat to stiff peaks.
- FOR RASPBERRY:
- Make whipped cream and add puree.
- FOR STRAWBERRY:
- Make the cream and add puree.
