Ingredients

Butter Cream

½ C butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp salt

1 (16 oz) confectioners sugar

3 to 5 Tbl milk

Variations

Ulitmate Vanilla

Substitute 2 tsp vanilla bean paste for extract

Vanilla Latte

Increase vanilla to 2 tsp, beat in 1 Tbl instant espresso with butter

Chocolate

Increase milk to 5 to 7 Tbl

Whisk 2/3 c unsweetened cocoa with powdered sugar

Mint Chocolate Chip

Reduce milk to 1 to 2 Tbl

Beat in 3 Tbl peppermint schnapps with butter

Beat 4 oz finely chopped bittersweet chocolate into frosting

Raspberry or Blackberry ( wash and dry thoroughly)

Omit milk beat ½ C fresh raspberries in with butter

Directions

Cream butter, vanilla and salt

Add confectioners sugar and milk and mix until smooth and creamy
