From a German recipe group. I have no idea why the name but it is sure tasty and green!

Ingredients
  • 1 container Creme Fraiche ( 7 1/2 0z )
  • a little olive oil for blending
  • 1 bunch fresh Basil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g creamy style feta cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Puree the basil with some olive oil, add the feta cheese and stir in the creme fraiche for a smooth mixture.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic with salt and pepper to taste
  3. Use this as a dip or spread for anything, bread, crackers, vegetables
  4. etc.
