Green Hell Dip

- 1 container creme fraiche ( 7 1/2 0z ) shopping list
- a little olive oil for blending shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh basil shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 300 g creamy style feta cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Puree the basil with some olive oil, add the feta cheese and stir in the creme fraiche for a smooth mixture.
- Stir in the minced garlic with salt and pepper to taste
- Use this as a dip or spread for anything, bread, crackers, vegetables
- etc.
