  • * 1 4 oz. can fire roasted green chiles (I used the hot ones, they also have
  • mild)
  • * Dried japone chiles, about 7, soaked in boiling hot water to soften,
  • chopped finely
  • * *HINT*: Wear gloves while handling and don't touch your eyes, remove all

  • * 1 cup chicken broth (or more depending on how thick or thin you like your
  • sauce)
  • * 6 oz. cream cheese (I used Philly light)

  • hubby likes)

Directions
  1. 1. Thaw shrimp, if frozen, and remove tails
  2. 2. Meanwhile bring your water to boil for pasta, add when ready
  3. 3. Cook shrimp in olive oil over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each
  4. side (careful not to overcook, burners vary)
  5. 4. I sprinkled the ancho chile powder over the shrimp, but you can add to
  6. sauce later, or omit
  7. 5. Remove shrimp and set aside
  8. 6. Add butter to pan, add onions and garlic
  9. 7. Saute till onions are soft and clear
  10. 8. Add chopped red peppers and green chiles
  11. 9. Add chicken broth and bring to simmer
  12. 10. Add chopped japones
  13. 11. Remove from heat or turn off gas, and add cream cheese, stirring till
  14. disolved (I use the back of my spoon, pressing down and moving in a circle till
  15. incorporated)
  16. 12. Add chopped cilantro and pasta when done
  17. 13. Stir and serve immediately
  18. 14. Have cold beverage near at all times!

Excuse me Princess, but this is MY recipe. What were you thinking?!

I just found this recipe, while looking for Just Jakes Mom Recipe.. How can you copy her recipe word for word, even down to the opening statement that was made by her...

Scandalous, this should not be happening!~!!

This should not be allowed at all, where are your creative morals, as far as recipes are concerned?

Seriously, making a recipe is one thing, but copying someone elses and portraying that you made it is just wrong, wrong, wrong.

Be well,
Annie
