Ingredients
  • COUPLE POUNDS OF ASPARAGUS
  • BUTTER
  • WORCESTIRE SAUCE
  • GARLIC POWDER
  • RED CHILE FLAKES

Directions
  1. WASH & RINSE ASPARAGUS
  2. TRY TO GET AS MUCH OF THE WATER OFF OF IT AS YOU CAN...SEVERAL GOOD PAT DOWNS WITH A PAPER TOWEL.
  3. BREAK OR CUT ASPARAGUS AT THE NATURAL PART OF THE VEGGIE...ABOUT 1/2 INCH FROM THE BOTTOM SHOULD DO IT.
  4. TAKE FRYING PAN-PUT IN A COUPLE GOOD PATS OF BUTTER, ADD ABOUT 1 TBLSP WORCESTIRE SAUCE...WHEN THE BUTTER HAS MELTED SWIRL WITH THE WORCESTIRE...
  5. ADD ASPARAGUS-ROLL THE VEGGIES AROUND IN THE PAN SO IT IS ALL COATED WITH BUTTER SAUCE...
  6. MEDIUM HEAT IS BEST....JUST WATCH THE ASPARAGUS UNTIL IT STARTS BROWNING....CONTINUE TO ROLL IN PAN SO THAT ALL SIDES ARE EVENLY COOKED THRU.
  7. FEW MINUTES BEFORE TURNING OFF THE HEAT, SPRINKLE WITH A LITTLE GARLIC POWDER AND RED CHILE FLAKES TO YOUR TASTE.
  8. ASPARAGUS WILL BE DONE IN 10-15 MINUTES...THIS IS AWESOME WITH STEAKS, FISH, CHOPS!
  9. ENJOY!
