Cream Of Peanut Soup Recipe
Newspaper reader's favorite soup recipe using peanut butter for a flavorful delicious soup

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbs butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion monced
  • 1/4 cup celery minced
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 ( 14.5 ) oz cans of chicken broth
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup peanuts chopped

Directions
  1. Heat butter in saucepot and cook onion and celery until tender.
  2. Stir in peanut butter and flour.
  3. Gradually stir in broth and milk until soup boils and thickens slightly.
  4. Sprinkle serving bowls with peanuts
