Cheese Drop Biscuits gluten free

- 2 cups gf flour ( your favorite mix) shopping list
- 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 6 Tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces and frozen shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Place the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a food processor and process until mixed. Add hardened butter pieces and pulse until the mixture resembles small peas. Add the egg and milk and pulse just until the mixture comes together. The batter will be sticky. Place teaspoon size scoops of batter onto a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes.
- Makes about 20 biscuits
