I just found this recipe and haven't tried it yet... but they looked and sounded good , the recipe and photo are from glutenfreeda

Ingredients
  • 2 cups gf flour ( your favorite mix)
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces and frozen
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a food processor and process until mixed. Add hardened butter pieces and pulse until the mixture resembles small peas. Add the egg and milk and pulse just until the mixture comes together. The batter will be sticky. Place teaspoon size scoops of batter onto a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes.
  3. Makes about 20 biscuits
