Ingredients
  • 200g unsalted butter, cubed, room temperature
  • 1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp dry rosemary
  • 2 Tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 pinch ground sea salt

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients using a hand or stick mixer.
  2. Separate into golf ball size portions.
  3. Wrap, label and place in freezer.
  4. Defrost and add to simple meals like lamb cutlets, herb bread, BBQ meals, etc...

You know, this is similar to the garlic butter that is added to the Tuscan steak at the Romano's Macaroni Grill restaurant and it is divine! Makes the steak tender and very flavorful!
