Ingredients

200g unsalted butter, cubed, room temperature

1 bunch fresh chives, finely chopped

1 Tsp dry rosemary

2 Tsp minced garlic

1 Tsp cracked black pepper

1 pinch ground sea salt

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients using a hand or stick mixer.

Separate into golf ball size portions.

Wrap, label and place in freezer.

Defrost and add to simple meals like lamb cutlets, herb bread, BBQ meals, etc...
