This is a rich and creamy delight that would go great with any of your favorite breads, Possibly even with a side of salad.

  • 1 6 oz can of crab meat
  • 1 tbspn of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c of sour cream
  • 4 tspn of minced green peppers
  • 1 tbspn of softened butter
  • 4 tspn of minced onions
  • 1/4 tspn of seasoning salt
  • 1/8 tspn of paprika
  • 2 oz of cream cheese

Directions
  1. In your mixer bowl add butter, sour cream, chese and mayo and mix until smooth.
  2. Slowly blend in the paprika and salt.
  3. Start combining the crab meat, cheese and green peppers into the bowl.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350 F and bake until bubbly or about 10-15 minutes.

I'm going to make this right now! Tonight we get fried fish at the local VFW this will get us in a fishy mood.

Sorry, we really didn't like this very much. I added ALOT more Hellman's, mozzarella, cream cheese, and some additional spices, including cayenne pepper to try to spice it up, but it was still just ok. We also used fresh crab.
