Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter and cool
  • Mix dry ingerdients together
  • Mix vanilla with coffee powder together
  • Blend everythinng together and place mixture into a greased 8 inch square pan
  • Bake in a 350F oven about 20 mins or brownies appear set
  • Cool and cut

    Thanks for posting this excellent recipe! These rich, fudgy brownies were delicious. I substituted 1 cup of xylitol and a tablespoon of agave syrup for the sugar and also added walnuts. Never thought I'd see the day when brownies were actually good for me. I'll have to try the pumpkin next time.

    Wonderful! I love the idea of being able to add the pumpkin as well. These would be very high fibre and delicious. Can't wait to try them!
