Easy Southern Biscuits Recipe

	easy side bread biscuit creamy lemon lime butter

Ingredients

4 cups baking mix

1 cup sour cream

6 ounces lemon lime soda

3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Place baking mix in a mixing bowl then cut in sour cream to make a crumbly mixture.

Add soda and blend by hand then roll onto floured surface to 1/2" thickness.

Cut and place on greased baking sheet then bake at 400 for 12 minutes.

Brush with melted butter immediately.

I found a recipe like this in Paula Deen's cookbook. If you're interested what the title of the book is I'll have to look once I get home.
