Easy Southern Biscuits

- 4 cups baking mix shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 6 ounces lemon lime soda shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Place baking mix in a mixing bowl then cut in sour cream to make a crumbly mixture.
- Add soda and blend by hand then roll onto floured surface to 1/2" thickness.
- Cut and place on greased baking sheet then bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter immediately.
