Got this from a friend who knows how much I love some heat.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tbls. olive oil
  • 2-4 oz. cans green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (I don't like cilantro so I substituted parsley)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
  • 2 tsp. red currant jelly
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

Directions
  1. In saucepan, saute onion in olive oil until tender
  2. Transfer to food processor
  3. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 10 minutes
