How to make it

  • chop potatoes and onion and place in bag
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • and the chicken
  • sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic
  • add the brown sugar and ketchup to the bag
  • shake until well mixed (gentky so the bag does not split open)
  • put bag in large pan
  • bake at 350 for 2 hours or until chicken is done
  • * remember to cut slits in the bag 3 or 4 depending on the bag's instructions

    Making this again! Going to use the left over sweet juice from this and last batch in which to boil some potatoes. Should give them a nice flavor.

    Delicious dish. The touch of sweetness makes the dish stand out. Will make this again.

    I have about 4 cups of sweet juice left over from the dish. Do you do anything with the juice? Maybe a sauce or something?
