Ingredients

Morels (bunches of 'em)

4 Tbl. Butter or Margarine

cast iron skillet

Flour

Salt/Pepper to taste.

Directions

Clean the mushrooms well. Melt butter in skillet, salt and pepper and coat well with flour Sautee mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve Warm

Wonderful recipe. I do it slightly different as I grill most of the time. I put them in doubled alumium foil with the butter and a little gralic salt. put them on for 3-5 minutes a side then leave on the shelf if you have one to keep warm. they melt in your mouth. a great addition for burgers or chicken
