Morels are found in the spring. They look like a sponge and taste better than steak.

Wonderful recipe. I do it slightly different as I grill most of the time. I put them in doubled alumium foil with the butter and a little gralic salt. put them on for 3-5 minutes a side then leave on the shelf if you have one to keep warm. they melt in your mouth. a great addition for burgers or chicken

My husband got a huge bag full of them. He cooked them up with his mom. I went to the farmers market yesterday and they were selling them for 40.00 a lb.
