  • Clean the mushrooms well. Melt butter in skillet, salt and pepper and coat well with flour Sautee mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve Warm

    I soaked them in milk before dredging them in flour. I worked well.

    My husband got a huge bag full of them. He cooked them up with his mom. I went to the farmers market yesterday and they were selling them for 40.00 a lb.
