Tortellini and Spinach with Vodka Sauce

- 1 pound frozen tortellini, meat or cheese shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic shopping list
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained shopping list
- 24 ounce jar vodka sauce shopping list
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F..
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
- Saute garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add sauce to garlic and simmer about 10 minutes.
- Stir in spinach and 1 cup mozzarella cheese over low heat.
- Drain tortellini and place in 8x8" baking dish.
- Pour sauce over tortellini and mix thoroughly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
