Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Saute garlic and shallots until transparent.
  • Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Mix in cream and sage.
  • Cook and stir until thickened.
  • Toss sauce with cooked fettucine.
  • Season with salt and pepper before serving.

    Thanks, tink! I haven't been on quite as much as usual due to Ed's being here all day but I'm doing the best I'm able when I can be in the office by myself. This one DOES sound good, doesn't it? Enjoy, my friend, and thanks for your cherished five!
