Yogurt Walnut Cake

- 2 cups walnut halves shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 cup sifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 then grease and flour a spring form pan.
- Set aside 6 unbroken walnut halves and finely chop the remaining walnuts in food processor.
- In mixing bowl blend eggs with the sugar then beat well for 2 minutes.
- Add yogurt, flour and baking powder then beat 1 minute and add pecans and beat 1 minute.
- Pour batter into prepared cake pan then bake 35 minutes and allow to cool 10 minutes.
- Garnish with reserved walnut halves.
