How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 then grease and flour a spring form pan.
  • Set aside 6 unbroken walnut halves and finely chop the remaining walnuts in food processor.
  • In mixing bowl blend eggs with the sugar then beat well for 2 minutes.
  • Add yogurt, flour and baking powder then beat 1 minute and add pecans and beat 1 minute.
  • Pour batter into prepared cake pan then bake 35 minutes and allow to cool 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with reserved walnut halves.
