This is a salad that is hard to wait on.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 Lg. Tomato diced
  • 1 Med. Red Onion sliced thin
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 3 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tble Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Pour over cucumbers, tomatos and onions. Let chill for at least 3 hours or longer
