How to make it

  • Cut the apples in half, remove the seeds and leave the skin.
  • Place them in a baking pan and pour on top the water, honey and cinammon sticks.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, put the egg yolks and the sugar powder and beat with a mixer.
  • Then add the vanilla and continue mixing.
  • Add gradually the cream cheese. Add the tangerine juice and mix well until you have a nice, smooth cream.
  • When the apples are baked, place them on a plate and top with the tangerine cream.
  • Garnish with cinnamon sticks and tangerine juice. Bon appetit!
