Butter Chicken

- 1 ounce butter shopping list
- 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic crushed shopping list
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon turmeric shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup fresh cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and garlic in butter then slice chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
- Combine spices and salt and toss chicken pieces until well coated.
- Saute chicken each side until golden brown then stir in the cream and tomato paste.
- Cover pan and simmer 10 minutes until cooked through then sprinkle with garam masala.
