Ingredients
- 1 boneless sirloin steak shopping list
- [about 2 pounds shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs. dry sherry shopping list
- 2 Tbs. chili sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 cup salad oil shopping list
- 2 medium sized onions cut into wedges shopping list
How to make it
- cut steak into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- In mediumsize bowl combined meat, soy sauce, sherry , chili sauce and corn starch. in 12 inch skillet over nedium heat in hot oil cook onions stirring untill crisp tender
- Increase heat to high add meat mixture cook stirring abour 4 minutes for rare-or desried doneness Serve immeadiately or refrigerate. and serve next day
