Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise then place yolk in medium bowl and arrange whites on a plate.
  • Add tuna to egg yolks and mash with wooden spoon.
  • Beat in butter, cheese and nutmeg then stir in parsley then spoon mixture into egg whites.
  • Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
