- 2 pounds ground meat shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp Sazon (found in the Mexican/Spanish aisle in stores) shopping list
- 2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tbsp parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp Sun dried Tomatoe Paste shopping list
- optional: 2 tsp steak & Burger seasoning shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup instant rice shopping list
- 1/4 cup of wheat crackers crushed shopping list
- 1 small onion diced small shopping list
- bread Crumbs shopping list
- 1 can tomatoe soup shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 cup salsa shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- Vegetables: shopping list
- peas shopping list
- mexicorn shopping list
- mushroom slices shopping list
- your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Preaheat over to 450
- In bowl, add all ingredients from beef thru onions. Mix well
- Add enough bread crumbs to hold together but not too much or it will become too dry as it cooks
- In another bowl, add all ingredients from tomatoe soup thru salt & pepper, mix together well
- In 9 x 13 pan, add some soup mixture and put meat in and form a meatloaf
- Add your vegetables
- Pour the balance of soup mixture over top and spread it around, mix up some of the veggies with it
- Cover and put in oven. Lower oven now to 350 and cook, about half way thru remove foil
