Meatloaf Creation Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds ground meat

2 eggs

1 tsp Sazon (found in the Mexican/Spanish aisle in stores)

2 tsp Paprika

1 tbsp Parsley

1 tsp Sun dried Tomatoe Paste

optional: 2 tsp Steak & Burger Seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup instant rice

1/4 cup of wheat crackers crushed

1 small onion diced small

Bread Crumbs

1 can tomatoe soup

1 can diced tomatoes

1/2 cup salsa

1/4 cup red wine

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

Vegetables:

Peas

Mexicorn

Mushroom slices

your choice

Directions

Preaheat over to 450

In bowl, add all ingredients from beef thru onions. Mix well

Add enough bread crumbs to hold together but not too much or it will become too dry as it cooks

In another bowl, add all ingredients from tomatoe soup thru salt & pepper, mix together well

In 9 x 13 pan, add some soup mixture and put meat in and form a meatloaf

Add your vegetables

Pour the balance of soup mixture over top and spread it around, mix up some of the veggies with it

Cover and put in oven. Lower oven now to 350 and cook, about half way thru remove foil
