Ingredients
- 2 graham wafer crust pie shells (ready made sold in most of the grocery stores) shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1pkg. 250g cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can 300ml sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sugar shopping list
- Fresh or canned fruit to decorate on top shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy
- Beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice
- In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream and sugar until stiff
- Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture until well blended
- Spread over crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hr or until set
- Decorate with fresh or canned fruit before serving
