I bought my dad some salmon for his birthday-it helps his osteoarthritis in a way that the supplements do not. :-) So, since he is 82-there are few things that can get a smile on his face like a loaf of my 22 hour homemade bread boules or salmon. I will suggest this one to him and see what he says.

    Happy cooking!
