How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Form into 6 or 8 equal sized patties.
  • Place on cookie sheet the has been lined with plastic wrap.
  • Place cookie sheet in freezer for about 1/2 hour, to firm up patties. This will help hold them together while grilling,
  • Grill over a medium flame for about 7 minutes per side, until no longer pink inside.
  • Seve on buns with your favourite burger toppings.

    WOW! What a beauty! Great photo Mommy! I flagged it...its perfect! I'll have to try that method of putting everything IN the burger!

    This was FABULOUS! My sister came over and ate this with us and said it was the best burger she ever had! Now that's saying a lot! The fact that the cheese and bacon are IN the patties is genius...I hate big messy burgers with stuff falling out so this helped with that. Thanks Stacy...great burger!
