Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat a grill at high heat. Squeeze the lime juice from wedges onto the fish fillets, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the fillets, on each side for around 5 minutes (fish should be browned able to be flaked with a fork). Remove and place on a warm serving plate.
  • In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, (approximately 2 minutes). Mix in butter, the left over lime juice and cilantro. Serve the filets with the cilantro butter sauce.

This was fantastic! It is simple and delicious and looks pretty all plated up. :)

I pan cooked my halibut because I dont have an indoor grill, but it worked fine. I served this w/ brussels sprouts and a quinoa/wild rice mix. YUM YUM!

This was so good and I will have this as one of my standard fish dishes since cilantro and garlic are two of my favorite and for some reason I have never used cilantro with fish
