German Fruity Peaches and Wine Cake

- 250 g flour shopping list
- 125 g sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 150 g butter shopping list
- 1 Can of peaches with juice shopping list
- 1/2 Liter white wine shopping list
- 1 Pkg vanilla pudding powder shopping list
- 90 g sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs, separated shopping list
- 200 g sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Make a crumbly muerbeteig dough from the flour ,butter, sugar and egg.
- Press dough into a springform pan.
- Drain peaches, arrange fruit over the dough
- Add drained juice to the wine and bring to a boil
- Stir in the pudding powder and mix well
- Place the hot mixture over the peaches
- Bake cake 175 C, 35 to 40 minutes
- Meanwhile beat egg whites stiff
- Beat yolks with the sugar
- Stir in the sour cream into yolk mixture
- Blend in the egg whites
- Spread this mixture over the cake and bake for 15 minutes more
- Allow cake to cool after baking
- Then let cake stand overnight for best and easy slicing
