Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut chicken into strips about 1 inch wide and 3 inches long
  • If chicken is thick, you can pound it a bit of slice it to about 1/4 inch thickness, for rolling
  • Place a pinch of blue cheese on one end of each chicken strip
  • Roll up the blue cheese into the chicken like a pinwheel
  • Dip the pieces in egg, shake off excess
  • Dip the egged pieces in crumbs
  • Place each "bite" on a lightly greased cookie sheet
  • Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes
  • Remove and let sit for 4 minutes and enjoy!
