This is a wonderful sweet gooey cake for anyone who likes pineappple upside down cake flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 32 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Glaze ingredients:
- 1 1/2 sticks margarin
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients accept brown sugar togeher
- Pour into an ungreased 9x13 cake pan
- Sprinkle with the brown sugar
- Bake 30 minutes
- While Baking;
- In med heavy sauce pan
- Bring Glaze ingredinets to a rolling boil
- When Cake comes out of the oven make holes with a fork all over it
- Pour this glaze mixture over hot cake
- It will shrink down some but that is okay
