Gooey Pineapple Cake Recipe
This is a wonderful sweet gooey cake for anyone who likes pineappple upside down cake flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 32 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Glaze ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients accept brown sugar togeher
  2. Pour into an ungreased 9x13 cake pan
  3. Sprinkle with the brown sugar
  4. Bake 30 minutes
  5. While Baking;
  6. In med heavy sauce pan
  7. Bring Glaze ingredinets to a rolling boil
  8. When Cake comes out of the oven make holes with a fork all over it
  9. Pour this glaze mixture over hot cake
  10. It will shrink down some but that is okay
