Ingredients

3 eggs

any peppers you like

cooked drained crisp bacon

cooked drained sausage or diced ham

diced onions

grated cheese

( no milk...do not add milk....no milk)

1 -1qt zip lock freezer bag

Directions

get a sauce pot boiling

beat the eggs

pour beaten eggs in the zip lock

add any ingredients you like

seal bag

boil for 14 minutes.......do not add milk to egg mixture.......
