Ingredients
- 2c sour cream
- 20 to 24 kalamata olives,sliced
- 3 scallions,chopped
- 3 strips roasted red peper,diced(pat dry to remove moisture)
- 2 small garlic cloves,minced
- 1tsp fresh parsley,finely chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients,cover and refrigerate overnight.
