Greek Pot Roast Recipe

Greek Pot Roast Recipe
This recipe was handed down to me from my 3rd cousin whose father is Greek. It is one of my absolute favorites! Plus it is so easy to prepare. But make sure you cook this on simmer for the time so that it is nice, moist and tender!
