Chile Pork

- 2Tbs chili powder shopping list
- 1tsp. salt shopping list
- 21/2tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 2tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1Tbs fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2lbs pork tenderloin,cubed shopping list
- 1 dash ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together: chili powder,salt,cumin,garlic,cilantro and pepper. Coat pork cubes with mixture,let sit 45 mins in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Bake 2 hours or till crispy. Great for soft tacos.
- I cook this in a covered dutch oven with a little oil on the bottom.
