My mom used to make this for us when we were growing up.

Ingredients
  • 1 - large round Hawaiian bread
  • 1-lb black forest ham-sliced thin
  • 1-lb cheddar cheese-sliced to your liking
  • miracle whip
  • foil

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. slice Hawaiian bread carefully into 3 (top, middle,bottom)
  3. bottom section (miracle whip, ham, cheese)
  4. middle section- do the same
  5. top section- the same
  6. wrap in foil
  7. Bake until cheese is bubbly and ham is hot
  8. let loaf sit for 5-10 minutes and then cut into triangle slices
  9. This is now my hubby's favorite Hot Sandwich. Enjoy!
