TEXAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE I obtained this recipe from Doug Watson at a cooking demonstration at the State Fair of Texas in 1990. He won 1st place in the Tex Mex division with this recipe. Yummy

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts cooked and diced
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can green chili salsa
  • 1 small white onion diced
  • 1/2 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cut up tortillas then mix soup, salsa and onion.
  2. Add tortillas, chicken and cheese then bake in greased casserole dish at 350 for 40 minutes.
