Pork Chop Bistek Tagalog Style

- 1 kilo pork chop sliced thick or thin shopping list
- 2 to 3 pcs sliver of garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 medium size red onion - chopped shopping list
- 1 medium size white onion- chopped shopping list
- 10 pcs. calamansi or shopping list
- 2 lemons shopping list
- 3/4cups soy sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 T cooking oil shopping list
- 1/4 C water shopping list
How to make it
- Slice calamansi into two and squeeze to get the juice
- Combine the calamansi or lemon juice and the soy sauce (add more calamansi Juice if needed to give it a salty-sour taste)
- add salt and pepper to the marinde
- Marinade pork chops for 30 minutes
- Sauté garlic and onions set aside
- Fry pork chops in cooking oil until light brown
- Put pork back in the saucepan and add the marinade combination
- Add water
- Simmer until Pork is tender
- Remove from heat and add the onions
- Serve with fried rice or plain steam rice
