A easy appetizer that can be made ahead of time and frozen until ready to use.

Ingredients
  • 6 Slices crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup ripe olives, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups chredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 6 slices of bread

Directions
  1. Fry bacon until crisp and then crumble
  2. Mix bacon, olives, onions, cheese, curry and mayo together.
  3. Toast bread on one side and cut in assorted shapes.
  4. Spread mixture on untoasted side
  5. Broil until brown or freeze until ready to use.
