Toasty Onion Pinwheels

TOASTY ONION PINWHEELS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Vettle Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1996.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 1 can fried onion rings shopping list
- 1 teaspoon leaf sage crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Open refrigerated crescent rolls following label directions onto wooden board.
- Unroll each half into a rectangle then press perforations together.
- Sprinkle onions over dough dividing evenly then sprinkle sage and seasoned pepper over top.
- Roll up jelly roll fashion from short end then arrange on top of bubbling casserole.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
