Ingredients

1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons salt

1 pinch paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

grated onions, to your taste

1/2 cup vinegar

2/3 cup ketchup

1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender and mix well.

Homemade Catalina rocks. I love it. I also do a version where I crumble a whole package of blue cheese in the Catalina and let it sit. We call it Red Blue Dressing. It is tart and savory and blue cheese goodness.
