Catalina Salad Dressing

I love the zip of this salad dressing. It is one that my kids like, it is easy to make, and it is colorful.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 pinch paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- grated onions, to your taste shopping list
- 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- 2/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into blender and mix well.

Homemade Catalina rocks. I love it. I also do a version where I crumble a whole package of blue cheese in the Catalina and let it sit. We call it Red Blue Dressing. It is tart and savory and blue cheese goodness.
