How to make it

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water until it is well done then drain it, mix the beef, onion, chana masala, garam masala, tandoori masala, flour and salt well, make balls from the beef each as the size of a walnut, take one beef ball spread it in the hand, put little cheese and one pasta and close it making an egg shape or ball, dip the balls in the scramble egg, then in the bread crumbs and deep fry in boiling oil until golden brown, take out and put on the kitchen paper then move it to the serving dish.
