How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Crush potoato chips.
- Coat a shallow baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine crushed potato chips, parsley and pepper. (A bit of cayenne can be added as well.)
- Brush fish filets with butter.
- Dredge in chips.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
