Shrimp in Beer Wine Sauce Over Rice

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 -2 cloves garlic chopped fine shopping list
- 2-3 tblsp lucini olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup broth shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup beer shopping list
- 2 pats butter unsalted shopping list
- fresh shrimp or 2 bags frozen shells removed and deveined shopping list
- 1 sweet onion sliced in fine strips shopping list
- fresh chopped Italian parsley shopping list
- optional chopped in strips 1 red AND 1 green chilis shopping list
- 4-6 cups basmati or jasmati rice cooked the day before or at least 3 hours ahead and refrigerated shopping list
- breath-cleansing parsley on side shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a deep skillet
- add oil , butter and garlic
- add rice
- cook on low-medium , stirring , until heated through
- add prepared onion, parsley, and chile
- lightly saute
- adding broth wine and beer slowly while sauteing
- add shrimp stirring until light pink no longer than 3 minutes
- season with kosher salt and pepper mill mixed peppercorns
- Serve really sizzling on a platter warmed in oven and garnish with fresh just-rinsed parsley
